Took a return trip from Toronto to Kochi ( India) last month ..and I one thing for sure I will never choose Etihad if I have another alternative. Pros: ~FA's are very good ~Mostly new aircrafts ~Average Seats ~Frequent Meal/snack service Con's ~ Horrible Food ~ Meal quantity is a shame ~Few seats in one long haul sector (14hr) were not reclining ~Chaotic boarding .
