Aeromexico review by Louis 2016-01-16

Their customer service was terrible. Everyone we interacted with was entirely unhelpful and frequently rude. I understand airlines generally are rigid in their rules but AeroMexico takes it to a level of absurdity. We weren't able to take our flight to our destination, and they used that as justification to not allow us to take our return flight. EDITORS COMMENT: So many airlines do this and we completely disagree. You should be able to take that return flight even though you for whatever reason don't make the first flight. It's something we would like to see changed bu ALL airlines
