Vueling review by John 2016-09-19

Tickets sold to us by British Airways - then we discovered it was Vueling! Poor flight from Rome to Manchester - left one hour late without any explanation, not adjacent seat with person I was travelling with (this happened to lots of people who had to move once we were airborne), trolley service was very slow, to the extent that some people didn't even get a chance for a drink or food, some people were unable to leave the aeroplane because the door was locked and the staff wouldn't open it (eventually helped by airport staff instead), and bags were very delayed once we landed - by an hour. Cheap and shoddy - and certainly not cheerful. Avoid Vueling!
