Flew to Melbourne on an A330 and the service was excellent. Food was ok (as good a plane quality food can get I guess). Desert was nice, cute little icecream containers with an up and coming ice cream company, its nice when an airline goes in to partnership with a new brand. Inflight entertainment was great, lots of variety and I got to watch a new movie I had been wanting to see anyway. Staff were friendly, smiling and happy to help wherever possible. My only gripe was that I checked in on line with me and my husband next to each other but when we collected our tickets from the self serve booths we have tickets that were not next to each other. However, in saying this we advised the front desk at our gate and they were able to change us around to be next to each other and were very nice about it!
