AVOID AIR CHINA!!. They put us an extra stop in to Wiena (travelling Barcelona to Bangkok via Beiing) without any prior announcement, adding 4 hours to a 5 hours delay!!! That make a total of 9 nours delay, we lost our connection in Beijing, so we had to wait 4 more hours. No applogies, no bouchers, no nothing, and the mockey about us when we asked for it. when we asked for a claim form they told us that they JUST DON'T HAVE ANY, and that we had "no need to claim, nothing bad, no reason, no free meal", as finally told some one to us in a very poor english, because no one speaks nothig (english, french, spanish or any other major language) This happened twice: in both ways. So, this is not a casaul thing, is a pattern. They don't have any sort of organization, and can not replace us in any other flight till we reached baijing, because they where unable to do it. Many other thing I don't have the time to explain. The worst ever experience, a part from very rude staff. Never happened this to me in as 25 years as frecuent traveler arroud the world.
