I usually fly southwest but was going out of the county so my choice was American. From the begging of the trip American was disorganized and not at all organic. They did not care for any of their passengers and it was apparent throughout the experience. I called American airline customer service after American pushed me from one line to another. The customer service rep Lacy said to just wait in line. If she were to help it would cost more. Who heads up this airline. Disappointing
