Short and medium haul economy
- Meals, snacks and beverages including water are to be purchased from the on-board menu. Customers on Best and Smart fares receive a complimentary drink and snack.
- To access in-flight entertainment (movies, tv shows) customers must download the Eurowings app to their device before boarding and then pay the access charge to stream content.
- Aircraft operate in an economy-only configuration with a 29 inch seat pitch. Seat selection is for a fee unless you’re travelling on the Best or Smart fare
- No blankets, pillows or amenity kits
- One item of hand luggage is permitted on board free, all other luggage allowances should be pre-purchased at the time of booking to avoid high airport charges
Long haul economy
- Meals, snacks and drinks are to be purchased on board unless travelling on a flex or smart fare where meals and certain drinks are included. Water is included on long haul flights for all passengers.
- Each seat has a personal screen where you can pay to watch movies, tv shows etc. Customers on the Best and Smart fares can watch content for free. WiFi is also available for a fee. Each seat has a USB power port.
- Seat pitch of 30-32 inch with some recline.
- Amenity kits are available for a charge
