    My baggage wheel did not fit in their standard trolly so i had to pay an extra $50 to put my bag in checkin, what a rip off money making scheme. The staff were not helpful at all and with an aggressive attitude. My first time going jetstar and it sucked. Contact me and ill tell you verbally what a shithole experience it was. Excuse my language.

    Jetstar is THE worst airline to travel with. Just a thought if they treat customers without respect I would be questioning how they treat or maintain their planes. Every time I have used Jetstar there hase been problems. Some not so major and 2 definitely disgusting situations. You have lost me Jetstar. Virgin here I come.

    Absolute joke of an airline!! Due to fly out of Melbourne to Honolulu at 3pm but get told there is a 3 hour delay. That wasn’t too bad but then were told have to fly to Sydney and depart at 10pm!! Rude/unhelpful staff also don’t make it much easier. Avoid at all costs. Should have listened to family and friends who have had the same experience.

    I am very disappointed with my experience with Jetstar. My flight out of Sydney was canceled and I was only given one flight option for rescheduling. This meant me leaving at that very moment and rushing to the airport to make it in time.
    When I arrived my ticket did not have a gate number listed. I looked on the screen and saw the flight time and the destination and went to the gate that was listed. Upon boarding I was told that I was at the wrong gate because there were 3 flights leaving at the exact same time all going to Cairns. There were about 10 other people who had also made the mistake. About 5 of us ran to the other gate and saw that the plane was still there as it had been delayed. We asked to be let on and the flight attendant refused as the doors had already been shut. I told me to go to the service desk and to change my flight which is what I went to do right away. The rest of the men decided to stay to argue and yell at him.

    When I got to the service desk I explained the situation and asked to be put on another flight. The manager then told me that I was the only one who made this mistake. I told them that there were in fact several men that were still at the gate
