Jetstar is the Qantas low-cost arm and won World's Best Low-Cost Long Haul Airline in the 2026 Airline Ratings awards, placing second in the World's Best Low-Cost Carriers. Boeing 787s on long-haul routes have seatback entertainment, in-seat power and a reasonable business class recliner. Short-haul Airbus A320 family flying is a stripped product with everything charged on the base fare. A321neo and A321LR deliveries are replacing the older A320s and are quieter with better cabins.
