Flew Economy Class
BKK to PBH last month and I had a great experience on board their new Airbus. Landing was amazing and also you will get closer to mountains and the awesome view of the mountains.

Kolkata-Paro-Kathmandu; So they have monopoly on most routes, it reflects on the price, what they charge for one way is almost what a legacy carrier charges from Asia to Europe, but the service on board is really good, a319 is their flagship lots of spaces but on both legs fully booked! food is nothing to write home about, club sandwich or muffins with sugary drinks. If you’re scared to fly be prepared! landing gets you REALLY close to the mountains! Ground staff is Paro is cold and unsmiling!

Travelled BKK-PBH on 13 June 2015 (Econ Class) and PBH-BKK on 05 July 2015 (Biz Class). Both sectors were on their new A319.
Appropriate seat-pitch on economy class, spacious and comfortable. Food were acceptable. Service were excellent (Friendly and attentive crew).
Surprised upgrade to business class at time of boarding for PBH-BKK. Seats were comfortable, service were excellent but (maybe it’s last minute upgrade) food on the menu were not available… Hence being served economy class meals with business class plating. (No complaint!)
Overall, service (even at Paro International Airport Check-in) were excellent, (BUT BKK transfer counter service were POOR) aircraft is new with comfortable seats on both classes. Keep it up DRUKAIR! Will fly DRUKAIR again for my next visit to Bhutan.
