We travelled recently from Mexico City to Havana and back and from Santiago to Havana,this last flight was 5 hours late but was very satisfactory

Flew Economy
Delayed out of Havana by around 7 hours. No announcement as to why, no apology and missed connection in Mexico, delaying my flight to Australia by 48 hours.
Needed to purchase additional flights once in Mexico and lost money on hotel reservations. Poor.
