Extremely bad experience with Xiamen Airlines. Every single travel document was complete and valid. They refused to let me board for no justifiable cause. I bought a China Southern ticket right away with identical documents and had zero problems getting on the flight.

very bad airline. I don’t recommend it and I won’t take it anymore. The crew members were very selfish; they occupied the lounge, forcing passengers to wait outside until they had finished using it.

It's good. It's fun. I love the screens and the seats it was a big plane. And I especially love the landing it's not dangerous, it's just a bit direct., and I'm fine with that. The only thing was the food-it needs to be halal. THE REST WAS AMAZING I RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE ˃͈◡˂͈

Paid 9000 CN¥ and it was worth the trip. Zoomed through check in like a cheetah. Plenty of leg room between me and the other seat, flight entertainment was banger. But the food could've been better though.

Paying 10250 Yuan wasn't so pleasant but the experience was good. Entertainment could've been better, food was ok and the flight attendants were pretty nice. They sadly didn't clean my flight info card which had a coffee spill on it but I did have a good experience.

I flew economy in long haul, it wasn't great, not a lot of legroom, but service was great.

Very bad! Bad! Bad experience with Xiamen Airlines! The manager on duty in Changle international airport on 1/29/2024 was unprofessional, lack of ability to solve the problems happened and seemed like only wasting time and tried to foolish customers! Very disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from this airline. I paid $748.00 to change the flight for me and my partner, because I was given the wrong date to return on. $400 of that fee was just for them to make the change. Shortly after making this payment they involuntarily changed the flight I had just paid to change. I was able to call and cancel my flights but they refused to give me the $400 back for the cost the to make the change, which they immediately changed which take away the point of paying $400 of a specific flight home that matches our schedule.

The plane was estimated to take off at 9:45 am, and we boarded the plane at about 9:20, then sat for one and a half hours until it took off but didn't know the reason! Other than that, all was good. The luggage rack was lit up by the blue lights and the seats were all blue which made the flight enjoyable and pleasant. The young cabin crew were all friendly and attentive. And the food was delicious: pork/fish rice, bread with chili sauce, cake and yogurt. All in all, it was a satisfactory flight.
