I used to just love westjet, but now theyve turned into another air canada. Flights are expensive, no perks whatsoever unless you are willing to pay for it. Now they’ve axed the back of chair inflight entertainment, and replaced with a glitchy app that doesnt quite work (see online reviews). On this last flight for our 20th wedding anniversary, I mentioned the occasion and the attendants could not care less. Just extremely disappointed at how low everything westjet has sunken from a once awesome little carrier.
