A flat-bed business cabin is available on the Boeing 787 used on long-haul routes to Europe and Asia, and cabins are comfortable with well-regarded crew. Economy catering is unbundled on short-haul flights, though a free snack and drink are available and the Boeing 787 flights to Europe, the UK, Japan and Korea include meals. Entertainment streams to a personal device on most aircraft rather than the seat. The Sunwing integration has added leisure capacity, so holiday routes can feel more basic than the mainline product.
