    My friend and I checked in to WS1204 to La Guardia on June 18. She holds a British passport and had to apply for ESTA online right at the airport, before she could have a boarding pass. It took at least 20 minutes as we were timed out once, without Michael’s help we couldntt have made the flight. He was calm and collected, stayed by our side while my friend slaved over the tedious questions. Michael purposely assigned our seats together at the last minute. That’s true customer service. Give that guy a raise!
