was suppose to take a flight directly from Guadalajara to lax. flight was delayed 4 hours then when we did get on the plane, they informed us they had cancelled due to LAX runway being closed. we then had to get off the plane stand in line for check in again, finally we get there and are sent to a hotel 30 minutes away from airport (hotel was beautiful and included room service) that was the only good thing. however instead of flying us to lax they flew us to Tijuana and a bus was suppose to meet us there to take us directly to lax. (never happened) a group of about 40 people with us were not stranded in Tijuana waiting for a bus that after 2 hours of line they told us would arrive in the next 3 hours…we all got upset and just took us and rented those little shuttle vans to bring us to los angeles…never again flying volaris #volarisuck
