    Flying with Volaris was a nightmare. I flew from Fresno, CA to Guadalajara, Mexico and will never use this airline again. They lost my luggage and for the first few days just kept telling me they were looking for it and could not offer any help. After three days they told me that they were still looking for my luggage and would need to wait until it had been lost for at least 15 days to open a claim for my belongings. I was in Mexico for 15 days without mine or my 6 month olds clothing. When I returned they emailed me the documentation that I needed to fill out and told me that once I submitted the claim form they would respond within 3 days. It has now been 2 months since I flew and they are barely getting back to me. They have offered to pay me an amount well below the value of my belongings and say they will not pay any more. I WILL NEVER USE VOLARIS AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON’T EITHER BECAUSE IF THEY LOSE YOUR LUGGAGE THEY WON’T PAY YOU!!!!!
