I have booked two tickets from Saigon to Phu quoc on 24th November.
On 16th December I was advised that my flight from SGN 20:45 on 3rd January has been rescheduled. Since then I have been chasing Vietnam airline to change my flight to a more suitable time and after so many email the issue was not resolved (so many emails so many follow ups but no result)and I have no choice but to cancel the flight. Therefore, I physically went to Vietnam airline office in Saigon and request a refund on the ticket.
today is 22 January 2016 as of yet the Ticket money has not yet been refunded and there is no reply / follow up from Vietnam airline team!
I wish it was only this…
Our return flight from Phu quoc which was initially booked VN8802 at 20:15 on 5th January however, on 4th January I was informed that this flight has been rescheduled to 11.05 am!
Allowing me only few hours to secure myself another flight which was impossible since everything else was sold out! Left with no other option but to fly back that day with Vietnam
