Appalling airline. I flew from Sydney to HCMC with 3 children. Our inflight entertainment was broken, passengers were smoking in the toilet and the food was inedible. The plane’s cabin was dirty with broken seat pockets. I have flown on VN airlines many times before and their planes are getting old and worn and the food quality worse. The staff were bored and did nothing about the smoking passenger.
