Found the website very easy to use to book, change flights, add extra luggage and book meals. On line check in and bag drop at airport was also very simple. I flew on two internal flights with vie they and they both took off on time. Reasonably comfortable seating and tasty meal. Would definitely recommend as so much cheaper than veitnam airlines.
