    My flight got cancelled and they never emailed me about it � the airline representative admitted that I was not informed. They rebooked me on the same flight but the next day without telling me. No alternatives, no upgrades. You have to pay for lunch and baggage now if you’re traveling in Europe and the Near East. Welcome to the epitome of the worst customer service on the planet.
