Мой рейс вылетел точно по расписанию, самолёт был чистым. Предложенный сэндвич был вкусным. Экипаж отработал отлично все были очень приветливыми и вежливыми. Поездка прошла гладко и приятно.

The pet friendly areas at the airport were a huge help during our connecting flight. It was great to see clean spaces where our dog could take care of its needs and relax a little. Both we and our little companion were very happy with the experience.

Turkish oversold Business Class, split our family travelling with kids aged 2 and 4, treated us rudely when we objected, then spent 9 months stonewalling. They admit the overselling but still refuse to explain what compensation is owed. Never again.

Durante la larga escala entre mis dos vuelos, aproveché el servicio de masajes en la zona VIP (lounge); toda la tensión de mi espalda desapareció. Combinado con el servicio siempre sonriente de la tripulación a bordo, mi viaje resultó sumamente agradable.

The travel kit handed out on the night flight was really good quality. After the meal service, the cabin lights were dimmed and the seats were comfortable enough that I was able to get some good sleep.

The Miles&Smiles Lounge in Istanbul is easily one of the best. The pide and manti were excellent. With the attentive cabin crew and comfortable seats, the 8 hour flight went by in no time.

У меня была долгая пересадка, но благодаря кинозалу и богатой библиотеке в лаунже время пролетело незаметно. А когда начался полёт, внимательное и оперативное обслуживание бортпроводников сделало путешествие невероятно комфортным.

Ailesiyle seyahat eden biri olarak çocuklara verilen hediyeler ve ekibin nazik tutumu bizi çok mutlu etti. Uçak içi yemek lezzeti her zamanki gibi üst seviyedeydi.

كانت الصالة مزدحمة وصعب علينا العثور على مكان للجلوس قليلاً، لكن الطعام كان لذيذاً جداً. أما الرحلة فقد كانت في موعدها المحدد. لقد كانت رحلة دقيقة في المواعيد، سلسة وممتعة.

Terrible experience with Turkish Airlines. Yesterday’s flight was delayed by over 6 hours, once again with no explanation. Old, worn-out aircraft, endless boarding process and a shocking lack of customer care. The quality has seriously gone downhill.
