    We took a returned flight Scoot from Singapore to Perth on 3rd Jan and it was a full flight. The services provided by the service staff were really poor. When get onboard the staff greeted us with no smile (probably they felt sorry going back to work after the public holiday). We travelled with Scoot every year and could tell the services provided by the staff were going downhill. Whe Scoot first started to fly out of Perth, services were excellent, gradually the standard drops every year.
    Apparently, we were not allow web check in in Singapore when our booking was from Perth. This was told by one of the rude staff from the call centre. It’s very disappointing to see such a good reputable airline like your with rude staff.
