Wonderful, Priority Check-In and The Lounge was Marvelous. I boarded on a B787-8, unfortunately not the QSuite or the B787-9 Suites but doesn’t matter, It blown me away, the catering was excellent, bunch of IFE options, and my sleeping was very comfortable. VERY RECOMMEND.

Terrible Qatar Airways Business Class experience. Paid around €5,000 total, including €2,000 EXTRA just to move my flight by ONE day. Onboard entertainment was broken. Qatar confirmed the failure and offered just a $200 restricted voucher. Insulting for a “premium” airline.

Worst experience, flight was first cancelled and rebooked by Airline and later when reaching airport stated flight is not yet confirmed and finally after a 24 hour journey baggage’s missing and no mail or call from Qatar Airways to advise status of baggage

agents don’t give correct information, the first class lounge needs people to walk up to the desk at the quiet room to see if a bed is available with no option to book in advance, in person and get a call.

Attention!! Qatar Airways⁠ does not compensate passengers in cases where boarding is denied due to the airline’s own fault. In other words, it does not comply with Regulation EC261

Delayed for 29 minutes but the flight was the good part. The Staff were normal but the seating made me sleep in. The crew woke me up for lunch. And honestly, this was pretty well course meal. I got off with $5000 dollars paid and 2391 points left though.

Misrepresentation of Air Transport, Constructive Denied Boarding, and Breach of EU Passenger Rights (EC 261/2004 & Montreal Convention)

We did QR170 Stockholm-Doha and Doha-Denpasar QR962 in Business Class for our honeymoon. Flight Crew was amazing and even gave us a honeymoon gift with handwritten card on the QR170 flight. Business on QR962 (Q-suite) is amazing and very luxurious. Overall very happy with Qatar.

The engine shut down from Doha to Oslo. So we ended up doing an emergency landing in Moscow. Everyone onboard was extremely scared and the captain gave 0 information. This is typical Qatar, no communication, which makes everything so much worse. The flight was a complete nightmare, it would be good if Qatar can consider talking to their passengers in the future.
