    Customer service is atrocious, the worst airline I have ever dealt with.
    Initially I booked a flight from Perth to Darwin to Manila in August 2013, which the airline changed to fly from Sydney (rather than Perth), an airport 4000kms away with no offer to compensate for extra travel costs.
    I was then offered a refund which I have not seen to this day. Numerous emails have been ignored, and the refund phone number rings out.
