Very helful in-flight crew, esp. Charmaine Santos >> i booked and pre-selected my seat ten months in advance. Then again, my preferred seat was disregarded by the check-in personnel. It could have reuined my experience if not acted upon and resolved quickly by Charmaine and team lead, Rafael Jose. My sister and i were truly grateful for their immediate assistance and concern 😉 they were truly focused on customer satisfaction!
