    20hrs tarmac delay!! No hotel accomodation, food for money not enough to pay for airport food, no updates given oftenly (every 30mins) as per PAL policy, no ground assistance given by PAL employees while at departure area. Very very mad customer! Will never fly PAL, we’ll seek legal assistance for terrible delay, will tell friends and everybody not to fly PAL, airbus of pr 112 needs to retire! Squeeky tv that shakes the whole time. Poor inflight entertainment!!!
