    Worst airline i ever had the pleasure to do business with. The customer service was a nightmare. I literally not figuratively was on the phone with them for around 9-10 hours, because constant mysterious call drops/ long hold times that they never come back too and every time i call back the price changed for more of course. I had trouble with one of my connecting flight not allowing me to check in baggage because they already placed it aboard the flight so they rescheduled my flight from Amarillo to San Francisco so i called Philippines airline customer service they told me to continue as normal and the flight check in attendant will fix and update my flight booking once i arrive in San Francisco. when i arrive and miss my flight from San Francisco to Manila I go and find the Philippines airline flight check in is closed i call again now they’re telling me i need to pay a fee for $860 dollars when my ticket only cost $700.Thinking its a mistake i call again and explain my situation again and same thing $860 I then ask when the Philippines airline check in opens and they tell me 10am-11:30pm. I decide to wait over night at a food court table until the check in attendants arrive the next morning but what the hotline told me was a lie they don’t arrive at 10am but at 6:30 pm which is cutting it to close to the next flight dead line of 11 pm and leaving me with no more alternate flight options. I call again in the morning same thing happens after i arrived and stuck in San Francisco and Amarillo being my origins they tell me there a fee again this time its $575 when i give in because i have no option mysteriously my call drops twice with two different representative when i ask them to confirm and book it. After calling and talking to my literally 18th representative because the call either disconnects or they place me on hold for over 45 mins the 19th representative tell me the fee increased to $602 because of demand even though the price is falling on there website.I explained my ordeal with there service but they cared very little about my situation and refused to wave or discount the fees but increased it to that price. I learned my lesson i will never fly Philippines air again and i don’t recommend anyone else do as well its all fine and dandy when things go as plan but one unfortunate misstep such as flat tire, miss flight or delay don’t expect them to help you and expect to be charge a unfair amount of fees costing the same or more then the original ticket price.
