permissible package weight is not sufficient, but they allow for more weight with a charge more than 12 euro per kg. moreover food or drinks is too expensive in the plane(ex. about 4 euro for a coffee cup) while it is for free in most of other flight companies. service team is not friendly and unkind at all looks like you are flight for free with them !!
EDITORS COMMENT: This is alow cost airline so they charge on board for food and drinks. Also you can pre purchase excess luggage at a cheaper cost inline prior to your flight.
