Worst airline I have ever used. They left my family 2 adults and 3 children stranded in Istanbul airport for 24 hours when our flights were cancelled with no offer of a hotel, food or even a drop of water. I complained to several of their staff at the airport but was simply fobbed off. I have been complaining ever since and they simply ignore all of my emails. Stay away from these cowboys especially if you are travelling with kids …. never again! I hope Pegasus staff are reading this because you know who I am from the 20 emails I have sent you that you have simply ignored.
