Jetstar review by S 2015-01-05

I used to like Jetstar and previously found them comparable to Virgin and Qantas but I’ve flown them three times in the last 2 months and each has been a major disappointment. Inefficient and cumbersome bag drop procedure with queues of over an hour each time even when check in has been completed online, and one plane was delayed for almost 2 hours with incredibly poor communication to the passengers from jetstar. They are only marginally cheaper than virgin and qantas, and the experience is worse than the much cheaper tiger. The staff are generally quite pleasant but barring major improvements I’ll probably never fly them again.
