    don’t bother paying the excess for an exit row seat…..with the incompetent ground staff and rude cabin crew the additional premium won’t guarantee you anything. It’s an absolute joke. Having paid the premium for exit row I boarded the plane to find I had not been given an exit row seat. I alerted the cabin staff only to be told it was my problem and I should have said something at the gate. 4 hrs later I landed and requested a refund only to be told it could take up to 3 weeks. What a shame your incompetence didn’t extend to you missing my $90 excess luggage charge.

    EDITORS COMMENT: Three weeks is actually excellent – most airlines are 12 weeks
