    We due to fly on the FJ/ZFI32H we arrived 51 mins before boarding and the plane was already full due to over booking and we were told “We will get you on the next flight”.

    We thought this was a real offer but after a number of days at the airport and each plane being more overbooked than the last, we realised it was a sham.

    We had paid $240 additional dollars for 2 extra bags on a flight that we were never able to board.

    We ended buying tickets through another airline to get home at our own expense.

    After appling for a refund at the desk and then being told we had to do it by phone and back and forward. Three months later this refund has not been returned despite repeated follow ups and claim that it is in processing. this is outside the airlines alleged charted that claims will be handled in 60days
