    Hi , from the time I checked in at Sydney at the checkin desk the attendant took approx 40 mins to check in a business class customer – now that’s unacceptable . The business class service was appalling – the food was leftovers since we were basically forced to eat the vegetarian option due to your food shortage on the flight and when I have paid a full business class fare at the most busiest time of the year we feel that we have been ripped off. Also the pre allocated seats were not given to us as we booked this through the website and what is more shocking is that the lady at the checkout desk expected me to sit away from my 7 year old child who is considered a minor. Is this what you advertise? We fly with Fiji airways very frequently and from this terrible experience we would most definitely consider flying with other airlines if nothing is done about this and definitely not recommend flying with your airline to family and friends.
