    I will never fly Fiji airlines and have started telling every person I know planning travels to not fly Fiji Airlines. We flew on Nov 1, 2014 from LAX to Nadi. I’ve never been treated so poorly before by a service provider. We had a guy throwing up next to us and of course in light of all the Ebola news, we were freaking out. The guy seemed to be choking in his puke, and we immediately pushed the button for service. The flight attendant yelled at us, yes us, for disturbing her and her crew! We were so stunned…no words to describe how we felt at that moment. We also have special diet needs and I had called ahead to get gluten free and dairy free meals for both me and my husband. The attendants had no record of me requesting and went on to require me to prove that i had called. Luckly, I had printed out all ticketing information which clearly stated the special meal requests. They finally ended up ‘finding’ us our meals after I proved that i called and requested special meals. The food issues continued when we were returning from Nadi to LAX on Nov 18, 2014. This time, they had record of me requesting gluten free and dairy free food, but that meant we only got served fruit for our 11 hour flight. only fruit. for an 11 hour flight. Yep, you read it correctly. The planes were filthy and after wiping down our trays, which I always do, my rag was disgustingly dirty.
