Flew from Lusaka to Washington DC via Addis with the worst airline i have ever flown with. Ground staff completely unhelpful and rude. Cabin staff slightly less so. Cabin was filthy. It appeared as if previous guest had vomited into the seat pocket on Lusaka/Addis leg but that is quiet understandable given the food quality. Pre booked meal preference ignored, actually didn’t feel like eating after perusing my seat pocket. Entertainment system not operational on Lusaka/Addis leg on Boeing 777 and only worked intermittently on Addis/Washington leg. Would not recommend this airline. Avoid. Like. the. Plague.
