    Worst customer service! We missed our connecting flight at LAX because of a 3 hr delay on our flight from China. The airline did booked us another flight 2 days later and 2 night hotel, but:
    – No food vouchers given
    – The new flight (Delta) charged us $120 for baggage fee. Delta said file a
    with China Southern Airlines
    The phone number given at their website is no good, for a week now, it was either ringing forever or a message will say call later. No messaging system provided. No email or other way of contacting this airline was given either. I demand a refund on our baggage fee of $120 and cost of meals while we got stuck in China and Los Angeles. This is the last time I will fly with this airline
