    Kuala Lumpur – Guangzhou
    Only westerner on flight. Had window seat. As previous comments, ignored by the staff both as they walked passed as well as the button. As for the food, was given a selection but handed a meal before I could answer.
    Passengers were on mobile phones talking when video for emergencies was on as well as we were taking off. These people were not asked to switch these off.
    The staff looked as though they were not interested in service. Uniforms untidy, attitude bad, sour faces.
    Flew Malaysia Airlines Perth-KL and Guangzhou-KL-Perth and felt a lot safer and more appreciated and looked after.
    China southern was not the cheapest airline but Malaysian beats them hands down. So does all the others I have flown with.
