    Both ways our flight was delayed, and this was mainly due to the lack of ground staff. On the way there we had to wait 1 hour to check in, on the way back it was a 2 hour line (with only 6 people serving hundreds of people).
    They purposely sit couples apart to make you pay the extra seat fee, and won’t even let you bring water on board so you have to pay $3 per tiny bottle. Won’t ever be flying them again.
