Air asia Business class PER>KUL>DMK 9-12-2015.
D7237 > FD320 Two more flights with this airline and again problems (as usual)..!
As D7237 was late leaving, when in KUL I asked if the luggage would make the connection, all of their assurances that it would obviously meant nothing as sure enough I was the only one left standing by the luggage carousel at Don Muang (Bangkok) waiting for luggage that wasn’t going to arrive..! 10 hours later (after 1am) it arrived at my hotel. But wait for it, not only did it obviously miss the connection that they had assured me it wouldn’t, they had smashed one of the wheels 5cm up into the body of my Samsonite spinner case. Morons..!
Note: Their business class is just BS, it’s at best premium economy, don’t be misled.
