Very unprofessional staff. Not ready to help. Waited 1 hour in the checkin line and was told that you should have checked in online and was told that its not the staff’s job to check passangers in. Almost missed the flight, rude behaviour at hydrabad airport and KL airport. Not acceptable at all.
