The costumer service is one of the worst in the world. Regardless how wrong they are, wrong booking, duple booking, delay and lost flight, you have to pay and they never will refund your money. This means if during booking the server of Air Asia fails… you pay, they are always right, even you can prove it, that they have done the wrong booking. For sure a direct confirmation of the flight with email is not granted. My last three flight I didn’t got any email as conformation… After 5 days I got the confirmation, and in the booked flights, not all flights had shown up… So what, now you understand how easy it is to become a Billionaire…. I have lost 300$
