Air china transit lounge is fraud, deceptive advertising ,via online you can’t get confirmation,My flight was FCO – SGN ,in day 22 Apr 2016, When i arrive to Beijing airport i go to check Transit lounge near gate E10 ,the staff not helper, poor English speaking,the place was empty, A very limited selection of food and drinks,old lounge chair with stains. recommend to take a flights everywhere but….without Air China the worst customer service.
