Air China is one of China's three big state carriers, flying from Beijing across Asia, Europe, North America and Australia. Competitive flat-bed business cabins and seatback entertainment are available on the Boeing 787 and 777 and Airbus A350. Economy is adequate, though cabin service can feel impersonal and catering is average. Domestic flights on narrowbodies, including newly delivered COMAC C919s, are plainer, with limited entertainment.
