They cant speak English and they also unable to understand English. my stop over was at BEIJING,at airport no one understand English. They lost my baby stroller and i was waiting at out side the flight for long time. No one could help me, as everyone i spoke to, gave me different answer. They told me to file report, which i did. I also email Air China and no one reply me back.
I highly recommend, not fly in this airline. It was little cheaper but lot more problems.
