Blaine Gibson. the MH370 wreck hunter who has found more debris from the Boeing 777 than anyone else has applauded the news that a new search is expected to start in November.
Speaking exclusively with AirlineRatings.com Mr Gibson said “This is great news! Now let’s go find the rest of the plane.”
“The rest of MH 370 must be found and truth known to give the families and the flying public the answers they deserve. There is both old and new credible evidence of the location of the plane. There’s no risk for Malaysia to sign the contract because they only have to pay if the plane is found.
“The UWA drift analysis, Inmarsat data, and WSPR data are all lining up to give a better indication of where the plane is.
“The UWA drift analysis guided me in my search for MH 370 floating debris. If followed together with the Inmarsat and WSPR data it will guide us to finding the rest of the plane.
“Oceanography, satellite data and radio signal data are all lining up to tell us where the plane is.
“I’m very optimistic that this time MH 370 will be finally found and far more is known now than in the last two searches.
“I hope that this search will be comprehensive and include all new evidence and analysis and continue until MH 370 is finally found, Mr Gibson said.
Mr Gibson has played a vital role in the search for MH370 by firstly finding debris but more importantly, making locals on remote islands and beaches aware of what the debris was. One lady was using a piece of MH370 as a washing board!
Because of his efforts many more prices have been found.
