Watch: Alaska Airlines Exit Door Blows Out

An Alaska Airlines exit door has blown out forcing the crew to make an emergency landing at Portland International Airport on Friday night.
Dramatic pictures have been shown on the FOX 12 Oregon website showing the entire emergency overwing exit door blown out.
The Alaska Airlines 737 had just taken off from Portland when the incident occurred.

The flight was headed to Ontario, California and departed at 4:40 pm. but was back on the ground in Portland at 5:30 p.m.
Fox 12 reported that "One passenger we talked to at the airport said that a kid had to be held in his seat by his mom and people lost their phones which were sucked out of the plane.
"Another child closest to the damaged part of the plane lost his shirt due to the violent and sudden depressurization but otherwise everyone on board was OK, according to a passenger."
In a statement, Alaska Airlines said:
"AS1282 from Portland to Ontario, CA experienced an incident this evening soon after departure. The aircraft landed safely back at Portland International Airport with 171 guests and 6 crew members. We are investigating what happened and will share more as it becomes available."
