Vietjet has reached a major milestone by welcoming its 200 millionth passenger, marking a new achievement in its journey of connecting Vietnam with the world.
The 200 millionth passenger, Sandeep Mehta, an Indian businessman, was awarded a complimentary gift of one year of free travel on Vietjet’s international flights.
Coinciding with this celebration, Vietjet announced the launch of a new route connecting India’s western city of Ahmedabad with Vietnam’s renowned coastal city of Da Nang, set to begin operations in October 2024. This announcement was made at the Vietnam - India Business Forum in New Delhi, India, with the presence of Vietnam’s Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, along with leaders and business representatives from both countries.
To commemorate this occasion, Vietjet is offering a week-long promotion from August 2 to August 8, 2024 (GMT+7), with two million tickets available for as low as USD 0 (*) across Vietjet’s entire domestic and international flight network.
