Vietjet launches Jakarta and Busan

Continuing its journey to expand globally and to celebrate the festive season, Vietjet launched the inauguration of two new international routes: Hanoi - Jakarta (Indonesia) and Phu Quoc - Busan (South Korea), linking Vietnam’s top destinations to popular destinations across Asia. 

In Hanoi, the Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Denny Abdi, along with airport and Vietjet’s leaders, congratulated Vietjet on the direct route connecting Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, to Jakarta, the Indonesian capital city and welcomed passengers on the debut flight. Vietjet’s new route between Hanoi and Jakarta will operate four return flights per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with a flight time of just over four hours per leg.

Vietjet's Phu Quoc - Busan route also commenced operation today with the warm welcomes from both localities and customers. The Phu Quoc - Busan route operates seven round-trip flights per week, with a flight time of only 5 hours and 30 minutes per leg.
