Starflyer is a distinctive Japanese carrier flying Airbus A320s on domestic routes from Tokyo Haneda and Kitakyushu, with an international service to Taipei resuming in September 2026. Black leather seats, generous seat pitch, seatback screens and complimentary drinks make economy unusually comfortable for a domestic operator. There is no business class and the network is small, covering Fukuoka, Osaka, Nagoya, Sendai and Yamaguchi Ube. The single-type fleet keeps the experience highly consistent.
